INGREDIENTS
- Okonomiyaki set: 1 bag
- Water: 150cc
- Green onion (cut into small pieces): 90g
- 3 Eggs
- Red pickled ginger (chopped): 15g
- Cabbage: 300g
- Oil
- BULL-DOG HONKAKU OKONOMIYAKI SAUCE
- Mayonnaise and dried bonito: as you like
STEPS
- Cut the cabbage into 1 cm cubes.
- Mix powder and water well so as not to make lump.
- Add cabbage, Age-dama, small onions, pickled ginger, and eggs and mix while soaking with air.
- Add oil to a warm hot plate or iron plate, and spread ② to about 2 cm in thickness and form it.
- Put pork ribs on the batter and bake for 2 minutes, turn it over for 5 minutes, turn it over again and bake for 3 minutes.
- Complete with BULL-DOG HONKAKU OKONOMIYAKI SAUCE, mayonnaise, sea lettuce and dried bonito flakes.
